How to Make Funnel Cake With This Recipe

Things You'll Need

• pancake mix
• oil
• powdered sugar
• cinnamon

Instructions

1. First begin by warming the oil in a pan on your stovetop. Put enough oil as if you were going to fry chicken.

2. While the oil is warming up, follow the directions on the pancake mix box. Make the recipe as if you were making pancakes. Once the batter is ready and the oil is hot, pour your batter into a funnel and pour into the oil. It will begin to fry. Once it starts to become light brown flip over to other side to fry.

3. Once both sides look ready take out your funnel cake to drain onto a paper towel. Then put onto a plate and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. It is now ready to eat. You can let it cool down or eat it hot. Either way it is a yummy treat than you can easily make at home.
