- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. cube steak, quartered
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Crack two eggs into a small bowl and beat with a fork. Pour 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs into a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and salt and pepper, to taste. Stir to combine well.

Pick up one piece of a quartered portion of 1 lb. cube steak. Dip the piece into the egg, turning to coat, and shake off the excess. Press the meat into the breadcrumb mixture, turning and pressing until well covered. Set the covered meat aside and repeat the process with the other three portions of meat.

Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the pieces of meat and cook for three to four minutes before flipping to cook the other side for three to four minutes. Serve while hot so the meat will remain tender.
