Would you like to eat the best steak ever? Many people are attracted to really thick steaks. These cuts of steak are often difficult to cook through and end up being tough. You must try this recipe for the easiest and best ever steak that will cost you half the price.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • T bone or porterhouse steak
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  1. Step 1

The most important step is the cut of the steak. When purchasing, ask the butcher to cut a one-half inch thick t-bone or porterhouse steak. This is the way Europeans eat their steaks and it is by far the best. A thin steak cooks faster, retains more juice and remains tender.

  2. Step 2

Wash both sides of the steak to remove any loose bone particles.

  3. Step 3

While the steak is still wet, sprinkle the first side with black pepper, then garlic powder and then onion powder. It must be done in this order since the onion will give it the most flavor. Make sure to cover the entire steak well.

  4. Step 4

Turn over the steak and repeat the process on the other side. Grill the steak for a total of 7 or 8 minutes depending on how well done it is desired. Remove and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • The steak can also be cooked like this in a frying pan or tabletop grill.
