This article will inform you how to gain weight. Keep in mind, you are not going to gain 20lbs in a week. It is a process that will put you on track to gain the weight you desire.

Things You'll Need:

  • GNC Pro Performance MassXXX
  • Milk
  • Blender
  • Strawberries(optional)
  • Bananas(optional)
  • Measuring Cup
  1. Step 1

    First thing you will need is all of the listed items above. You can find the GNC Pro Performance Mass XXX powder mix in the weight gainer section. It cost about $50.00 for a 6 pound bucket. It will last you about 2-3 weeks.

  2. Step 2

    Mix 2 cups of the MASS XXX
    16 ounces of milk
    I usually add strawberries or bananas for added flavor
    Blend it all together in a blender

  3. Step 3

    Drink preferably at night before you sleep if you are wanting to gain more fat(pounds)than muscle mass.
    If you want more muscle mass rather than gaining pounds, then drink before exercising.

  4. Step 4

    When I first started this regimen, I thought it wouldn't work. But it did, I had gained 6 pounds in 1 and a half weeks! I know to some of you it might not be a lot, but trust me, it works and I'm happy with my results.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink 1-2 times a day depending on you..
  • Do not drink more than 2 times a day!!
  • Use a blender rather than hand because it is hard to get rid of all the clumping.
