Eat plain or chocolate cheesecake topped with chocolate syrup, baked with strawberry jam or topped with blueberries. Use your own cheesecake recipe which will probably be less expensive to make, than the expensive one from the Cheesecake Factory. There are no limitations to baking cheesecake. Make cheesecake slices by making evenly cut slices that look as good on the plate as the cheesecake tastes.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water heated Knife
  • Glass of Hot water
  • Paper Towel
  1. Step 1

Refrigerate the cake you baked from your cheesecake recipe. This makes it it easy to slice. Slice a small to medium cheesecake into even slices. It should be able to serve 10 people. Start by cutting it into quarters. Follow up by slicing each quarter evenly in half. Make cheesecake slices look as good as those costly slices of cheesecake that buy in the Cheesecake Factory.

  2. Step 2
    lift each slice carefully

Use a sharp knife dipped the hot water. Use a paper towel to wipe the knife used to make those even slices. Make sure the knife is dry prior to slicing the cheesecake. Make a smooth cut-cutting from center to end-do not lift the knife from the cake.

  3. Step 3

Cut your first slice of cheesecake into quarters and then into thirds. Make sure you dip, wipe and dry the cutting knife prior to each cut. Continue cutting until you can make cheesecake slices into about 10 even slices.

  4. Step 4

Place each slice of cheesecake onto a dessert plate and top with the less expensive brand strawberry sauce or strawberry jam. This will cut costs when baking. If you prefer use blueberries as a topping. Add whipped cream and serve with a cup of hot coffee or tea.
