How to Post Your Resume on Geebo

Open the Internet browser on your computer. Type www.Geebo.com into your tool bar.

On the Geebo.com home page, click resumes, located third from the bottom on the left-hand side.

In the "Title" line, type a title for your resume that accentuates your talent, skill and background. Forty characters are available for use.

Leave your Internet browser open, open up Microsoft Word or whatever program your resume is kept in. Copy the contents of your resume.

Click back to your Internet browser on Geebo.com. Paste the contents of your resume into the "Description" section.

Click on the drop-down menu under the "General Location." Decide which location offered describes your location.

If you would like to cite a more specific location, you can type it into the "Specific Location" area. This is not required.

Type your ZIP code into the "Zip Code" area. This is required.

Enter your contact name and contact phone into the following two blanks. This is optional.

Type the email address you would like to be contacted at into the "Contact Email" blank. This is required so employers are able to touch base with you.

Select a password only you will know and type it into the "Select a Password" field. This password will allow you to edit your resume post if necessary.

If you would like to add a website where potential employers can see your work or biography, enter the URL into the "Homepage URL" area.

Click on the "I Accept the Terms of Use" box. Click submit. After your resume contents have been reviewed by the Geebo staff, your resume will become viewable on the Geebo site.
