How to Use a Nojo Baby Sling
The Nojo baby sling was created by Dr. Sears, an expert in child health and a major proponent of attachment parenting. One of the principles of attachment parenting is that being close to your baby at all times, specifically by "wearing" her in a sling or other carrier, will be beneficial to your baby. The Nojo sling acts as a second set of arms for a busy parent, enabling you to do chores, walk, or use your arms in other ways while still remaining close to your baby. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
If your newborn is sleeping, you may want to pull some of the sling's fabric over the baby's face. This will prevent the light from waking your baby.
Use the first method of wearing your baby until your baby can hold his head upright.
