How to Cancel An Order for Proactiv Solutions
ProActiv is a three-step system designed to clear your complexion. While Proactive is sold in some retail locations, the majority of sales are through its website. Many of these orders are on auto-ship, where the product is automatically sent to you. If you have placed an order for Proactiv and have changed your mind or if you are on auto-ship and no longer want to receive Proactiv, you can cancel your order. Does this Spark an idea?

Call Proactiv's customer-care line to cancel a new order. Proactiv's customer-care representatives are available at 1-800-876-9717. Unless you ordered expedited shipping, it takes Proactiv a few days to process and ship your order. If you call to cancel the order within a day or so after ordering, you should be able to cancel before it ships.

Call Proactiv's customer-care line if you want to cancel auto shipments as well. You can also use this number to cancel, speed up or slow down the shipment time of future Proactiv shipments. The representative can look up your order by the order number or by your name and shipping address.

If you ordered online from a vendor such as eBay, contact the seller to see if you can cancel the order. Most eBay transactions are final and you will not be able to cancel, but it is up to the individual seller.
