Make Mango Home Fragrance
Make Mango Home Fragrance

Mango fragrance can make your home smell like a tropical paradise. The smell of the sweet and tangy fruit can be both uplifting and calming. There are many mango-scented home fragrances available in forms such as reed diffusers, lamp oils, scented candles and incense. But instead of paying for products and packaging, you can easily make your own home fragrance oil for use in an oil warmer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 cups grapeseed oil
  • 8-10 drops mango fragrance oil (see Resources below)
  • Dark bottle with cap
  • Scented oil warmer
  • Tea light candle
  1. Step 1

Put one cup of grapeseed oil into the dark bottle.

  2. Step 2

Add 8-10 drops of essential mango oil to the grapeseed oil.
If you want a stronger scent, add a few more drops of mango oil. If you want a weaker scent, add a few ounces of carrier oil.

  3. Step 3

Put the cap back on the bottle and tighten. Let it sit for couple of hours.

  4. Step 4

Invert the bottle and let it sit for another two hours.

  5. Step 5

Turn it right side up, and let it sit for a half hour.
