How to Dropship on eBay
Dropshipping is a way for you, as an eBay seller, to sell items that you don't have to buy in advance or stock in your own facility. You makes the sale through eBay with your own eBay account, collect the payment for the item and then have the dropshipping company send the item to the buyer. This eliminates the need for storage space and the upfront costs of buying and maintaining an inventory.

1
Sign up with a company that offers dropshipping. Some require upfront site membership fees; others require only that you have a credit card on file for any orders.
-
2
Set up an eBay seller's account. This requires you to place a credit card on file. The site also requires your basic contact information, such as your address and phone number. You also must have a PayPal account to sell on eBay, which no longer allows payments by money orders or checks.

Choose items from the dropshippers' inventory that you believe will sell well and at a profit. To test items you are considering, search for the item on eBay and see what price it is selling for. You can see how much an item has sold for in the past by clicking "Completed Listings" on the left side of the search screen. If the price is too low for you to make a profit, or too many of the items are listed for you to be able to price it higher, choose another item.

4
List the item on eBay using the item photo supplied by the dropshipper. These companies generally allow you to use their stock photography to increase sales. You also may be able to use the description provided by the company, or you can write your own. Price the item to reflect its cost and the fees you will pay eBay. Listing and commission fees depend on how much you list the item for and what category it is in. Familiarize yourself with the fees.
-
5
Order the item from the company each time you sell it on eBay, giving the company the buyer's shipping address that PayPal provides when you receive the payment. The dropshipping company takes care of packaging and shipping the item.
