Mix all of the ingredients together, except the roast, with a wire whisk. Cut most of the fat off the top of the roast or it will cause constant fire in your barbecue grill. Place the roast in a dish and pour on the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for two hours, turning every half hour.

Place the roast on a rotisserie spit and put the holders spikes in both ends. Put on the grill and turn it on. Close the lid and allow to cook for about 15 minutes. Keep a spray bottle near in case the leftover fat causes too much fire in the grill.

3
Open and baste with the marinade. Close and let the temperature get to about 350 degrees F. Baste again.

4
Understand that the roast will need to cook around 30 minutes per lb. or reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees F. Keep checking on the roast to make sure that the fat isn't causing too much fire.

5
Take the roast off the rotisserie and cut into thin slices. Serve.
