How to Hang Stockings on Brick

Things You'll Need
- Drill with 1/2 inch masonry bit
- Flat head screwdriver
- Small hammer
- Plastic anchor kit

How to Hang Stockings on Brick

Drill a hole into the mortar joint between bricks. Be sure to hold the drill level and drill 1 inch into the mortar.

Insert the tip of the anchor into the hole and push with your thumb. Gently tap the anchor with your hammer into the hole until flush.

Twist the screw from the anchor kit into the plastic anchor and tighten it with your screwdriver. Leave 1/4 inch of the screw head protruding from the wall.

Hang your stocking on the protruding screw, go to bed and wait for Santa.
