How to Make Candy Wrappers for Party Favors

Personalized party favors, for either the person or event, are a popular item right now. Companies will even make candy bars wrapped in your message. There is no reason to pay for this service, as you can make your own candy wrappers for party favors and personalize them even further. Making your own will give you more choice in candy and design, plus you can make several different wrappers if you wish.

Things You'll Need

• Computer with editing software
• Printer
• Paper
• Candy bars
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Glue stick

Instructions

1. Remove the wrapper carefully from the candy you will be using. Trace it onto a sheet of paper. This will be your template.

2. Measure the candy wrapper. Make a template the size of the wrapper in your editing software. Upload any images or text you want on your wrapper and paste it into the template on your computer.

3. Print out the finished wrapper. Cut it out carefully.

4. Wrap your personalized wrapper around the candy bar and use the glue stick to seal the flaps together.

Tips & Warnings

• Use candy other than bars, such as Rolos, for a larger selection.

• Do not use liquid glue as it could get onto the candy.
