- Eyeshadow base or primer
- Eyeliner

Cover your upper lid in eyeshadow base or primer.

Contour both lash lines with your favorite eyeliner. Whether you like to line the eye entirely or only partially, move the liner back and forth quickly along the lash line to draw a line formed by small strokes or dots.
