How to Use LimeWire for Games
LimeWire is a file sharing software that can be used for users to share programs ranging from music to movies to games. Using the Limewire file sharing software, you may share virtually any game under the sun with other users on the system.

Install LimeWire onto your computer (see link below). Click "Download Free Version" to start downloading the free LimeWire software. Click "Save" to save the program to your computer. The LimeWire software will start to download to your program file. Click "Run" to install the software. A LimeWire icon appears on your desktop. Double-click on the Limewire icon to start the LimeWire software.

Locate the search feature of the open LimeWire program. There is a tab labeled "Audio," one labeled "Video" and another labeled "Other or Games." Click on the tab for "Other or Games."

Find the search form, and type in the name of the game you wish to find. LimeWire will most likely bring up several different options, depending on how popular the game is and how many users are online at the moment. Click on one of the options for downloading the game you're seeking and select "Download."

Click on the Library feature of LimeWire. This is where all the files you have downloaded appear. Double-click on the name of the game you are wanting to play. An application box will appear on your screen, and you'll have to agree to download or install the game. The game will show its loading progress on the bottom of the LimeWire screen. Once it is loaded onto your computer, a new desktop icon appears.

Load up the game to see if it works. Double-click on the game from your desktop. If the game does not work, download a different version of the game from Limewire using Steps 2 through 4. Because Limewire is file sharing software, sometimes games that other users are sharing are incomplete versions of the game you are wanting to play. Look until you are able to download and play a complete version of your game.
