How to Make a Flower Bouquet Out of Money
A money bouquet can replace flowers in situations where you want to have fun. Maybe you are a grad student and you'd rather not waste money on a real flower bouquet? You could construct a money bouquet--one that will last forever, and one you can take apart and spend at a later date. Crisp bills in any denomination make the best flowers. Canadian bills are exceptional, because they come in a variety of colors.

1
Choose the amount of paper money bills you wish to use for creating money flowers. It doesn't matter how many you use. It depends on the size of the money bouquet you wish to make. You will need the same amount of pipe cleaners.
-
2
Wrap the end of a pipe cleaner tightly around the center of a piece of paper money. Curl up the sides of the bill so they appear like a tulip. Leave the length of the pipe cleaner long for the stem.

3
Create tulip-like flowers out of the remaining money. Because American money is predominantly green, you can also use different colored pieces of construction paper to create additional flowers.
-
4
Group all the money and construction paper flowers together. Use floral tape to bind the pipe cleaners together, creating one long stem.
-
5
Tie a satin ribbon to the top of the stem of the money bouquet, at the base of the flowers. Choose a color of ribbon that complements the tone of the wedding.

Tips & Warnings
If you are short on funds, create your money bouquet out of $1 bills.
Do not color or alter your paper money in any way, as this could deem the bills invalid.
