General Care for Roll Up Projection Screens

1. Cleaning of the screen itself should be done with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Water should not do damage to the screen, but cleaning chemical residue can. Thoroughly clean off any detergent. Avoid submerging the screen in any liquid. Let the screen dry completely before storing.

2. Avoid drastic changes of temperature when storing. If storing for a long period of time, keep the screen in a climate-controlled room.

3. In the instance of extreme temperatures, allow the screen to come to room temperature before handling. Handling in haste may cause the screen to crack or warp.

4. Store the screen horizontally. Compression may occur in vertical storage and after long periods of time, possibly cause permanent creases.

5. Any ripples on a screen should smooth out in 8-12 hours after opening. Directing lights towards the screen may speed up this process.
