How to Make Pyramid Centerpieces
Egypt has a lot of amazing history associated with it. Pharaohs, jewels, mummies, hieroglyphics and sphinxes are all motifs of Ancient Egypt. However, Egypt is particularly famous for its towering pyramids. Learn how to make pyramid centerpieces for an Egyptian-themed party.

- Printer
- Light brown cardstock
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Scorer
- Glue
- Craft sand

Visit the link in Resources and print out the template. You can adjust the size of the template by enlarging it on your computer if you need to create a larger centerpiece.

Use the template to trace the layout of the pyramid on to the cardstock. Use sand colored cardstock paper to make it appear more realistic. See Resources for online sellers of cardstock.

Cut the template out of the cardboard and score the fold lines, using a scorer.

Fold at all of the fold lines to create a pyramid shape with all of the triangle tips meeting at the center. Glue the tab that says "Tab-Glue" to the adjacent triangle edge. Fold and tuck in the tab that says "Tab-Tuck In" at the base of the box.

Place the pyramid at the center of the table. Scatter craft sand around the base of the pyramid.
