How to Take Cardispan

Cardispan is a medication that is currently available for weight loss. Cardispan is manufactured in Mexico and, as a result, there is very little information about it on the internet. One of the main ingredients in Cardispan is L-carnitine, an amino acid. Cardispan can be injected or taken orally, though its manufacturer recommends receiving it via injection. Cardispan has not be approved by the FDA and usage of this product should be carefully monitored.

Instructions

    • 1

Find a reputable source of Cardispan. This can be difficult because Cardispan is manufactured in Mexico and is generally only available online. Try to find a major website that sells the product and has many positive online reviews.

    • 2

Determine how you want to take it. Cardispan is currently available via injection and via chewable tablets. If you choose to inject Cardispan, it may be helpful to practice first with saline solution, in order to become more comfortable with receiving injections. Injections should be administered into an area with a lot of muscle tissue, such as the buttocks or the thigh.

    • 3

Start with a low dose. Whenever you begin to take any new weight loss supplement, it is important to start with lower doses and gradually increase the amount you take.

    • 4

Monitor side effects. Weight loss medications can have serious side effects, including heart palpitations and dizziness. Also check the injection site (should you inject Cardispan) for infection.

    • 5

Eat a proper diet. Every weight loss medication only works if the person takes it maintains a careful diet and eats properly.
