How to Use a Mini Trampoline for Exercise
Many people do not want to go to the gym to work out. Some are uncomfortable, others cannot afford the membership fees, while others just do not have a good gym in their area. Finding easy ways to exercise at home will help keep you in shape without a gym membership. Small exercise equipment can be just as effective. A mini trampoline, frequently known as a rebounder, is a terrific piece of exercise equipment that you can use in the home.

1
Before beginning any training on a mini trampoline, gently bounce on it to get used to the feeling. For some people, adjusting to a rebounder make take a few minutes while others need more time.
-
2
Start with a warm up exercise, such as the basic bounce. With your feet spread slightly, begin to bounce without lifting off the trampoline.
-
-
3
After your body is warmed up, learn how to walk in place on your mini trampoline. Alternate lifting each heel off the trampoline, without lifting the entire foot. Make sure that your arms are moving as they would when you walk.
-
4
Do jumping jacks on your rebounder. Be careful not to bring your feet completely together or you could lose your balance. Alternate sets of 10 jacks with the basic bounce.
-
5
Use light hand weights in your arms while you bounce. Weights designed for walking are an excellent way to build upper body strength.
-
6
Keep your abs tight during the entire process to strengthen your core muscle groups. Maintain an upright position during your entire workout.
-
7
Begin with sessions of about five minutes and increase the time as your fitness level increases.
