Instructions

    • 1

Create a "holder" for the leg on the bottom of the table. Drill a hole on the underside at the point of attachment. The deeper you drill the hole, the sturdier the leg will be. Be careful to measure how thick the actual base is, and make sure you do not exceed that thickness.

    • 2

Fill the hole with polyurethane glue. This will make your leg doubly secure.

    • 3

Push the leg up into the hole. To make sure it is completely inserted, tap it in with a rubber mallet. Wipe up any excess glue with your rag.

    • 4

Let the legs dry completely overnight. You should not turn the table right-side up until you are sure that the glue is completely dry. Keep it in a warm, dry place where the legs will not be wiggled or otherwise disturbed while drying.

Tips & Warnings

  • You should always work with glue in a well-ventilated area.
