1
Choose a background color for your bulletin board. The main colors of the elements you are going to cut out are black, gold and gray. So choose a color that these colors will stand out well against, such as light blue, white or light purple. Line the board with the paper color you have chosen.

2
Line the edges of the bulletin board in a coordinating border, such as stone tablets, or Christian children and families. Selections can be found at most stores that sell Christian classroom supplies.

Take a piece of black cardstock paper. Cut out a shape that looks like a book. This is easily done by making a rectangle about the size of typing paper. If you like, you can trim the top and side edges with a band of white to look like pages. You can make a cross on it, or write "The Holy Bible" on it. Cut out small strips of paper to look like legs or feet. Attach these to the bottom of the Bible image. Place the Bible image on the bottom-right corner of the bulletin board.

5
Take a piece of scrap paper. Have a child put his foot on it, and trace around the foot for a footprint. Cut it out. Use this as a template to create 10 footprints on the gold wrapping paper. Cut out the footprints.
-
6
Write one commandment on each gold footprint with a black marker. Attach the footprints to the bulletin board with a stapler, or use a glue stick. The first commandment footprint should begin right next to the stone tablets. Arrange them to zig-zag across the board, in order, until the last one is placed just behind the "walking" Bible.

7
Use your letter die-cuts to spell out across the top or bottom of the board, "Following God's Word."
