      Pour 1/4 cup baking soda into a shatterproof bowl or shaker to use in your shower.

      Shower as usual, washing, shaving and rinsing your body.

      Apply a generous amount of baking soda (about 1 tbsp.) to your exfoliating glove and gently scrub your skin, paying extra attention to areas such as knees and elbows that may have more tan spray buildup. Clean your entire skin surface, avoiding the eye area and adding more baking soda to your glove as needed.
