Instructions

    • 1

Open the graphics program and open a new raster layer. A raster layer is the basic foundational layer for a graphics project.

    • 2

Size the raster layer to an 11-inch width and 8 1/2-inch height.

    • 3

Fill in the background color with whatever color you'd like; typically it would be white, but this is your choice).

    • 4

Open the preset shape tool and select a frame that you like to put around the certificate. Place the frame in place around the border.

    • 6

Enter "Certificate of Achievement" into the text box. Center the text along the top of the raster layer and experiment with the size of the text until it looks the way you desire.

    • 7

Open the picture tube tool and select a star shape or some other kind of appropriate picture and place several of these pictures under the "Certificate of Achievement" text. Center the pictures.
