• Resume or record of experience
• Expandable binder, such as a three-ring binder
• Clear display pages

Preparing Your Portfolio

1. Look through your photographs and pick what you consider most represents your style of work.

2. Obtain high-quality 8x10 prints and proof sheets of your selected photographs.

3. Print your record of experience on high-quality resume paper.

4. Add the clear display pages to your binder. Use a thinner binder if you don't have many samples.

5. Add your 8x10 prints to the display pages, loading the most eye-catching first.

6. Load your proof sheets and record of experience behind your photo samples.

• If possible, have somebody else look through your photos with you to help choose your best prints. It is always best to keep more than one copy of your resume or record of experience with your portfolio.
