  • Spray paint for metal application

      Remove the hinges from the cabinets and the doors. Keep the screws in a safe place. Do not paint with the screws attached; they will stick and damage the paint finish.

      Clean the hinges so the paint will adhere to the surface. Choose a general metal cleaner that cleans all types or one specific for the hinges you have. Use a small wire brush to remove any rust or other build up. Rinse and wipe each hinge dry.
