    A beautiful,patterned,satin scarf

    Obtain a square,satin head scarf.

*This can be plain or patterned (whatever you choose!)

  2. Step 2

To tie a a square satin scarf, you start by lying it on a flat, even surface. Next, take diagonal corners and pull them together to form a triangle.

  3. Step 3

Next, fold the straight side down(1-3 inches). This side will end up directly on top of your hair, hidden under the rest of the scarf. (You should still have a triangle shape)

  4. Step 4

Next, take the scarf(grabbing firmly), with the folded part underneath, and place the scarf at the beginning of the hairline

  5. Step 5

Pull the ends of the scarf backwards (towards the neck).Grasping the ends of the triangle, tie them in a knot, including the third point in the middle( basically joining all three ends of the triangle together), at the nape of the neck(You can double this for security)

  6. Step 6

The ends sticking out can be tucked in or left out

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep a firm grip on the scarf, because satin can be a little slippery!
  • It may take a few times to get it right, but once you get it once its a piece of cake!
