Things You'll Need:
- 1 can of peaches
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- 1 cantaloupe
-
Step 1
Choose one meal throughout the course of your day at which you can supplement what you eat with one beta-carotene rich fruit or vegetable. If you do not know which fruit or vegetable has what you need, and you are limited to a menu, a simple rule of thumb would be 'orange colored.' Except for oranges and tangerines, foods such as nectarines, sweet potatoes, apricots, and the few I have listed, are well-suited as a stomach soother. The acidity from Vitamin C in oranges, grapefruit, and tangerines may not be very soothing. The beta-carotene naturally heals the stomach lining, besides many other benefits as an antioxidant and nutrient.

Step 2
Add beta-carotene rich foods to each meal as you grow accustomed to the addition to your diet. There are several other popular fruits and vegetables rich in beta-carotene such as lettuce, spinach, pumpkin, squash, watermelon, and rhubarb to name a few.
-
Step 3
Self-monitor the personal signs you noticed attached with your stomach ailment. Signs of improvement should start to show in less than a month.
