Things You'll Need:
- Three Cans of Chickpeas
- Three Tomatoes
- Six Green Onions
- 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives
- 1 small Lemon
- Sea Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1
Open up cans of garbanzo beans and drain under cool water. Place beans in a large bowl.

Chop up tomatoes into small pieces. For a sweeter flavor, use cherry or grape tomatoes. Place in bowl with garbanzo beans.

Place pine nuts in a small skillet. Heat on the stove for two to three minutes until slightly brown. Allow to cool. Add pine nuts to the salad bowl.

Chop up green onions and add to bowl.

Chop olives into small pieces and add to bowl.

Add three teaspoons of sea salt, the juice of one lemon, and three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Toss mixture with large spoon.

Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
