Things You'll Need:
- 1 box white cake mix plain not fancy
- 4 tablespoons cocoa not drink mix
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of mini
- marshmallows

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray or grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl place the cake mix, cocoa, melted butter, Coke, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix on low for 1 minute. -
Step 2
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for another minute or two, until it is smooth.

. Add the marshmallows and mix on low until incorporated.

spread to all cornersPour into the baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes,

or until the cake passes the toothpick test inserted in center of cake and comes out clean. Leave cake in the pan and make the icing while the cake is hot.

Pour hot icing on hot cake.ICING RECIPE:
1 stick of butter
4 tablespoons cocoa not drink mix
1/3 C Coca Cola
4 C confectioners sugar, sifted
1 C chopped optional but delicious
Place butter, cocoa, and coke in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Stir and bring just to a boil, remove from heat. Stir in confectioner's sugar and beat with wire whisk until there are no lumps. Fold in pecans. Pour hot icing onto hot cake, spreading to edges with spatula. Cool a little before serving
