Invite everyone that you want to attend the costume party. Make sure to let everyone know the date, time and location of your costume party. Also make sure that everyone knows to wear a costume to your party.

3. Set up decorations for your costume party. You can purchase Halloween decorations at most dollar stores around Halloween time. Put up scary decorations and make sure that there will be enough food and drinks for your guests when they come. Once everything is set up, you are ready to start your Halloween costume party.
