Make simple substitutions can help you lose weight quickly. Need something sweet after a meal? Try applesauce or graham crackers. Trade in your nightly dessert for a container of low fat yogurt with nuts or berries mixed in. If you love to snack, try snacking on a healthy cereal or cheese and fruit slices.

Brush Away Cravings to Lose WeightHave a tough craving? Try brushing your teeth. It can help you to get rid of the craving, and besides- nothing tastes good right after you've brushed your teeth. That can be enough to curtail you until the craving passes. It's okay to follow your cravings once in a while, but don't overdo it. Eat enough to satisfy, and then stop.
