Things You'll Need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbl. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbl. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 8-inch or 9-inch pie shell

Step 1
In a small bowl, beach the eggs with a whisk until just mixed.

Add corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture.

Mix the sugar, flour and salt, and add the to above mixture.

Step 4
Grease pie pan or glass pie baking dish.
Place pacans on the bottom of an unbaked pie shell. Pour in the above mixture. Pecans will rise to the surface. -
Step 5
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for approximately one hour, or until piece crust edges are lightly brown. Cool completely and refrigerate until ready to serve.
