Things You'll Need:
- Large chicken breast
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1 packet of dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baking Dish

Step 1
What you'll needHeat oven to 350 degrees.
With your chicken breast on a cutting board, cut a "pocket" in the chicken along the side. If your chicken breast is big enough, cut 2 pockets. -
Step 2
Mix together in a bowl some shredded mozzarella cheese and some shredded parmesan cheese. Now, stuff as much cheese mixture as you can into the "pocket" of the chicken breast.

Step 3
Now, dip the stuffed chicken breast in egg and then roll chicken breast in the dry spaghetti sauce mix to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper if you'd like. -
Step 4
Transfer chicken breast into pam-sprayed baking dish. Larger chicken breasts usually take around an hour to cook.
