Step 1
Exercise One - Press your palms together in front of your chest. Hold for 10 seconds. Release and repeat 10 times, increasing the number of times each day.

Exercise Two - Latch opposite hands together. Do this by grabbing the fingers of the opposite hand, then pull. Hold this for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Step 3
Exercise Three - Using each arm, grab your opposite fore arm. Push towards the elbows and hold for 10 seconds. Release, then repeat the exercise 10 times.

These exercises should be done at least 5 days a week for a total of 20 minutes to get good results. Consistency is key. To add to the firmness of your breasts, you can also purchase a firming cream that you should massage into your breasts twice a day. Massaging your breasts are known to enlarge them over time.
