Step 1
How To Make A Healthy, Low Fat, Low Salt Chicken and Pasta Casserole
1. Fill Pot with water and put on high to boil. -
Step 2
Cut up chicken. Heat 2 T. Olive Oil in skillet and Cook chicken on Med-High for approximately 20 minutes turning every 5 minutes.

When water is boiling add the 1 # of pasta. Choose from Whole Wheat Pasta, Rice Pasta, Multi-grain Pasta, or your favorite. Cook pasta til al dente 15 minutes usually.

Step 4
Drain pasta in collander. Spray casserole dish with Olive Oil Spray. Put drained pasta in casserole pan.

Step 5
Remove cooked chicken pieces from the skillet. Put cooked chicken in casserole dish with the pasta. Mix Oregano, Basil, and Parsley into Spaghetti Sauce. Pour Spaghetti Sauce over with the Oregano, Basil and Parsley. If pasta sauce is too thick add some water to the sauce. If you do not have pasta sauce around you can get a 32 oz.can of tomatoes out of your cupboard and run it through through blender and still mix up with the Basil, Oregano, and Parsley.

Cook covered for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 Degrees.
Shake the Parmesan Cheese on top.
