Things You'll Need:
- cotton pad/balls
- face cloth or hand towel
- astringent: rubbing alcohol (strong), hydrogen peroxide (mild), or witch hazel (gentle)
- face masque
- gentle facial scrub
- fade cream (optional)
-
Step 1
In the evening or at night, apply astringent of choice to cotton pad/ball. Take entire pad/ball and gently rub across entire facial and neck area, avoiding eye area. Let dry. This step pulls the bacteria and oils from the skin.
-
Step 2
Apply facial masque of choice to entire facial and neck area, avoiding eye and lip areas. Let dry and stay on overnight. This step tightens pores, skin and further draws out impurities. (You may want to apply Vaseline or lip balm to lips and lip corners to avoid chapped lips the next day.)
-
Step 3
In the morning, wet facial and neck area and apply facial scrub of choice. Scrub entire area (avoiding sensitive areas- eye, etc). This step removes masque, along with impurities and dead skin, revealing a more radiant, smoother complexion.
-
Step 4
Rinse with cool to warm water. There shouldn't be any residual scrub particles left. If so, keep rinsing. If there's any masque left on face after rinsing- return to step 3.
-
Step 5
Take a facial cloth or hand towel and pat dry. Your face will be noticeably brighter and smoother. Consistent use of this regimen will provide better results with time.
