Instructions

    • 1

Fill your bathtub 1/2 way full with warm water. Do not add soaps or other skin softeners to the water.

    • 2

Add the three full gallons of milk to the water. Make sure you test your skin for sensitivity before you take a milk bath.

    • 3

Soak in the bath for about 20 minutes. Using the exfoliator brush, gently exfoliate your arms, legs and abdomen.

    • 4

You can also use the loofah scrubber to get your back and face. A warm wash cloth dipped in the milk bath laid on and massaged into your face will allow the milk to moisture that portion of your body as well. You can also soak your hair and scalp in the milk bath.

Drain the tub and rinse your body off very well. Apply a moisturizer or aloe vera gel to your skin. Burts bees milk and honey moisturizer is a great accompanyment.

Tips & Warnings

  • Don't take a milk bath if you have extremely sensitive skin or a milk allergy.
