Instructions

    • 1

Step one is to stop smoking. We've all seen a smoker's teeth, they're green, nasty, and smelly. Put out that cig, you don't need it, and in the long run, it will probably do you some good.

    • 2

Take a glass, and fill a small amount of it up with water. Ensure that it's more or less a tablespoon size of water. Now mix in some Hydrogen Paroxide with it.

    • 3

Put it in your mouth but DO NOT SWALLOW. Swish it, and girgle it around. Keep doing this for maybe a minute or so. After words, spit it out (and you may want to wrinse your mouth). Now, to the tooth paste.

    • 4

Brush your teeth as you regularly would. This guide is based on a standard "brush twice a day" routine. Within a week, results should become noticable. Keep it up, to ensure your teeth stay healhy.

Tips & Warnings

  • We've all read the weird methods of the internet, but some of them can do more harm than good. A perfect example of this is lemon juice, which whitens by use of destruction! It is evil. Stay away from it.+

  • Do not swallow Hydrogen Paroxide. Self explanatory.
