How to Easily Make Shrimp And Broccoli Linguine
Shrimp and broccoli linguine is one of those dishes that is quite easy to make and leaves a great impression. I like to use fresh shrimp and broccoli, but this recipe works quite well with frozen shrimp and broccoli. I make this recipe year round and since I am not that far from the coast, I use fresh shrimp that is trucked up here almost daily in the summer. The local farmer's market is a great place to pick up fresh broccoli and other produce. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (frozen is fine)
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets (or fresh will work just fine)
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pkg. of linguine noodles
