power to get through the work day. If eaten correctly, you will notice immediately that you have more stamina and are more alert. You may also be stalling, stopping, and even reversing health disorders that could lead to serious problems.

    Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, and bell peppers are the fresh vegetables that you should be eating for more power. Eat them in their most natural form.     Whole grains like brown rice, wild rice, whole wheat bread, and oatmeal will give your metabolism a much needed boost. Both olive oil and almonds can reduce you risk of heart disease. When eating a healthy vegan diet you should always add almonds in as they will provide as much calcium as if you were drinking milk. They also will protein.
