  • Quart-size Ziploc bag
  • 2 eggs
  • Ham, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese, salsa
  • Large pot
  • Tongs
  • Kitchen towel

      Cut up a variety of ingredients for the omelets such as ham, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes. Put some cheese and salsa in bowls. Fill a large pot with water, and allow it to boil on the stove.

      Give each guest a Ziploc bag and two eggs. Crack the eggs into the Ziploc bag. Shake the bag to mix the eggs. Add omelet ingredients.

      Push all the air out of the bag as you close it. Drop the bag into the boiling water. Let it cook for about 13 minutes.
