Things You'll Need:
- Pork Chops
- Butter
- Garlic
- Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
-
Step 1
To get started, take the raw pork chops and rub some salt and pepper onto each side. You can use other spices if you want to.
-
Step 2
Mince some fresh garlic and cut up about a quarter of an onion.
-
Step 3
In a frying pan, put the desired about of butter into the pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot and the better has melted, place the chopped onions and garlic into the pan. Sprinkle some pepper and salt in. Saute all the ingredients for about 2 minutes.
-
Step 4
After sauteing the garlic and onions, the butter should be infused with the flavor. Place the pork chops in the pan and with a butter knife, spread a fine layer of butter on the top of each pork chop. By doing this, the oils in the butter will help keep the juices locked into the pork chops.
-
Step 5
Depending on the stove, the pan as well as the thickness of the pork chop you should flip the pork chops about 6-8 minutes after placing them into the pan. Cook the other side until the pork chop is no longer pink in the center.
-
Step 6
Once the pork chops are finished, garnish however you like. Hunter sauce goes great with this recipe. Have fun with it!!!
