Gout is a kind of arthritis caused by too much uric acid in the joints. So if you are a gout sufferer, you may be attacked by the pain when you have triggered one of the following causes.

  • to watch your blood pressure
  • to watch your weight
  • to watch your cholesterol
  • to watch your diet
  • to do exercise at least 5 times a week

    1. If you eat a lot of food that are rich in purines, you may get gout.
    2. If you are overweight, high cholesterol, alcohol drinker, you may get
    gout.
    3 If you eat salmon, sardines, livers, herring, you may get gout.
