  • Stovetop grill pan or heavy skillet
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings of your choice

Instructions

      Sprinkle the salmon steaks with seasoning on each side.

      Heat the skillet or grill pan on high heat. Sprinkle water on the pan; if it sizzles, the pan is ready.

      Add a thin layer of olive oil to the pan.

Tips & Warnings
