Show off your martini making skills by serving dirty martini's at your next get-together, holiday party or celebration. The difference between a regular martini and a dirty martini is the ingredients. To make a martini "dirty", simply add olive juice. The olive juice makes the martini mixture a bit cloudy, hence the name "dirty" martini. Martinis are usually made with gin, but today's drinking crowd often prefers vodka. It's easy to make a martini "dirty" - here's how:

on 6/17/2009 ...happen to know a good place to buy olive juice? My hubby loves dirty martinis (his favorite has "slivers" of ice), but on the rare occassions that he makes them himself, he uses the juice from the olive jar. I'd love to buy just the juice somewhere. 5* ...now I'm thirsty. :-)
