1
Smooth on mineral or baby oil and let sit for about 30 minutes. Enjoy a long hot bath and gently exfoliate with a soft cloth. This will remove some of the orangey color. If your skin is sensitive to break outs you may want to try another method because mineral oil will clog your pores.

Apply household white vinegar using cotton pads. Wipe it on and after a few minutes use a damp cloth to remove the excess self tanner.

3
Cut a lemon in half and rub on your skin where you want the self tanner removed. You can also use lemon concentrate and add a little sugar to make a scrub.

4
Take a shower and sprinkle baking powder on one area at a time. Gently rub the baking soda with a washcloth. Pay special attention to your elbows, heels, ankles, and between your toes. This will exfoliate your body and remove the dead skin. If you use baking soda on your face, be careful around the eye area.

Take extra care if it is your face that is orange or streaky. Use an exfoliate designed for faces. Then rub an astringent or toner over your face with a cotton ball. An astringent with salicylic acid works best. If these do not give you a satisfactory result use a bronzer and blend carefully to hide the streaks or blotches.

Soak your nail beds in Polident if the sunless tanning product has gathered around your toe or fingernails. A generic denture cleaner will work just as well.
