Step 1
If you notice that your girlfriend has been absent a lot. Then there is no real cause of concern, however if you notice that she keeps making plans with you and not keeping them, it might be that she is busy, or testing you to see how much she can get away with, If in fact she does this, it is to find out if she can use you as a fallback for if it falls through with a different guy.

Step 2
If possible do not spy on her, But watch her actions, Noting down anything you find she is doing that is suspicious, Like becoming defensive over being asked where they were, Or what they were doing (Note: women do tend to not like being asked this, but they would become more irked over it when cheating)
One thing to do could be to check the recently called numbers, then if one is either suspicious of the times called (I.E. 1 - 5 am) or the amount of calls going in and out from that person, try calling it from a land line and saying you found a cell phone with their number in it. then ask how they know them, then try to work it in that you are far away from them, and will give it to one of the people you know what they (your GF, aka yourself) knows then you are free of it, Afterwords tell her that someone named (the fake name you gave to the person you talked to on the phone) gave you her cell phone and she must have lost it, (Note: you must make it look like it's been missing for a day or two before attempting this). and then continue with the investigation. (Note: if you think she is contacting them with text messages, just check them while you have the phone.) -
Step 3
If your GF has an online account and you think that is how she is cheating, Try setting up a fake account to try to find out if she has been looking around, But the best way to find out, Simply ask her if she is happy in the relationship, If no, Then you know what to do.
