Step 1
Many women don't follow the 8 glass of water a day rule after giving birth. During pregnancy and breast feeding, you should not only be drinking the 8 glasses of water a day, you should also aim to drink at least 2 more extra glasses. Or, instead of the extra glasses of water you could drink fruit juice instead. It's very important to make sure to get plenty of liquids during breast feeding or your body will be too dehydrated to produce breast milk.

Step 2
An old European for producing more breast milk, is to actually drink a glass of dark beer. Though many are against this due to the fact the beer passes to the baby, doctors have said it's such a small amount of alcohol that it won't have any effect on the baby.

Step 3
If you only recently began to breast feed, you should try and breast feed more frequently. This will help your body adjust to breast feeding and help your body produce milk more easily.

Step 4
The herb Fenugreek has been an ancient cure for women having issues with breast feeding for hundreds of years. It was recently proven that it does in fact work, due to a hormone it contains that helps increast milk supply. It's recommended that you take daily capsules during breast feeding.
