Loosing weight has been a difficult task for many people because often they go for a quick fix diet. To loose weight and maintain your ideal weight you must change your eating habits and make eating your lifestyle. This can be done without giving up your favorite foods. See the instructions below

Things You'll Need:

  • The desire to loose weight
  • A positive attitude
  • The willingness to endure
  1. Step 1

    Create an eating journal of what you eat daily. Be honest, this will help you loose weight fast.

  2. Step 2

    Remove sugar from your daily intake, sodas, punch, sugary deserts etc. Replace these things with fruits and 100% fruit juices.

  3. Step 3

    Remove refined carbohydrates from daily intake, white bread, enriched pasta. Replace them with whole grain bread and whole grain pasta.

  4. Step 4

    Remove fried foods from your daily intake. Replace fried foods with baked foods.

  5. Step 5

    Exercise 5 minutes a day. Park farther and walk. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk up the escalator.

  6. Step 6

    Drink water daily. Eat smaller meals and healthy snacks. Start your metabolism and eat breakfast daily.

  7. Step 7

    One day a week eat whatever you want. Start with all these steps or one step at a time.

  • Or, eat what you're eating now but smaller portions and exchange a refined carbohydrate or sugar for fruit, vegetable, or whole grain.
  • Bust your metabolism and exercise in the morning and get it over.
