Create an eating journal of what you eat daily. Be honest, this will help you loose weight fast.

Remove sugar from your daily intake, sodas, punch, sugary deserts etc. Replace these things with fruits and 100% fruit juices.

Remove refined carbohydrates from daily intake, white bread, enriched pasta. Replace them with whole grain bread and whole grain pasta.

Remove fried foods from your daily intake. Replace fried foods with baked foods.

Exercise 5 minutes a day. Park farther and walk. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk up the escalator.
